After the announcement of the construction of a hotel in the Žnjan area of Split, which will operate under the well-known Mövenpick brand of the global Accor group, this major tourism project has new investors.
New investment groups from Calgary and Prague have joined the MPPD company on the project, and the start of construction for this tourism investment in Dalmatia is scheduled for this autumn.
The new partners are announcing further tourism investments in Croatia and the region, supported by their years of experience in similar projects. The MPPD company became known to the wider public after bringing Accor to Croatia, managing the Mövenpick Zagreb hotel property, and they will also open the first Pullman hotel, another brand from Accor’s portfolio, in the capital city in January 2024.
