Croatia Airlines to Launch Seasonal Prague-Dubrovnik Service

State-controlled flag carrier Croatia Airlines [ZSE:CRAL] said on Thursday it plans to launch flights to the Adriatic city of Dubrovnik from Prague during the 2023 summer season.

The flights are scheduled on Thursdays, from May 18 to mid-October, Croatia Airlines said in a press release. Croatia Airlines will operate on the route with Airbus aircraft with capacity of 144 and 174 seats.

The airline will also resume Prague-Split flights, on Mondays and Saturdays, from May 13 to October 9, to be operated with a Dash 8-Q400 aircraft.

During the summer of 2023, the airline will connect Croatia to 24 international destinations on 47 international routes.

The company’s shares last traded on December 28, when they closed flat at 35 kuna ($5.0/4.6 euro) on the Zagreb Stock Exchange, the last trading day in 2022 before the official adoption of the euro currency in Croatia on January 1, 2023.
