Croatia’s hotel operator Esplanade Oleander issued a 15 million euro ($16.3 million) senior secured bond, local investment bank and broker InterCapital, which structured the bond issue, said in a press release.
The bond issue, which attracted subscriptions from over 50 investors, has a maturity of 2.5 years, InterCapital said in a press release on Friday.
InterCapital acted as the advisor to the issuer.
The collateral for the bond issue includes the company’s Esplanade hotel in the centre of the capital Zagreb, the press release read.
