Croatian hotel operator Liburnia Riviera Hoteli [ZSE:LRH] said it closed the first nine months of 2023 with a net profit of 7.2 million euro ($7.7 million), up from a net profit of 5.1 million euro in the same period of 2022.
Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) rose 2.0% year-on-year to 15.8 million euro in the first nine months of 2023, LRH said in a non-consolidated unaudited financial report on Tuesday.
EBIT increased 40% to 7.1 million euro.
The company’s revenue rose 15% on the year to 49.1 million euro in the review period. Operating costs surged 24% year-on-year to 33.2 million euro.
LRH’s shares last traded on October 26 on the Zagreb bourse, ending 0.64% higher at 316 euro.
